“The first Saturday night’s main event… I flipped through channels and was captivated by Barry Windham, Mike Rotundo, and the Iron Sheik. I was hooked!”

This project stands out by defying expectations and conventions- diverting from classic wrestling storylines and focusing on a story about an underground rockabilly guitarist battling monsters post-concert. The narrative is packed with bizarre and imaginative elements, such as nuns on motorcycles chasing the protagonist as Kingston aims to engage readers with unexpected twists and humor.

Reviews for the comic (including mine!) have been overwhelmingly positive, validating Kingston’s unique approach to storytelling within this genre. These imaginative ideas showcase Kingston’s commitment to exploring unconventional narratives that resonate deeply with audiences.

His latest project, Friday Night Bigfoot, has since arrived on Kickstarter. Cowritten with Dave ‘Gangrel’ Heath, this newest project continues to explore new ways of merging wrestling culture into comic book form.
